SHORE (Sophisticated High-speed Object Recognition Engine) is an app for the Google glass that enables the detection of objects and faces, as well as extremely fine facial analysis. The app reads the human‘s facial expression and tells you to what extent the person is feeling happy, sad, angry, or surprised. The app is also able to guess the person‘s age and gender.

This app could help people with conditions, such as autism, that makes it hard for them to read emotions. The app is able to work even when the glasses don‘t have a data connection. The cloud is not used so that pictures will not be sent out outside of the app for privacy reasons.
